Birth is more than the miracle of bringing your baby to life. It's the miracle of welcoming the mother coming into life, as well. As your doulas, our goal is to support, uplift, educate and encourage you while giving you the tools to empower you every step of the way. Whether you’re birthing at home or in the hospital, whether this is your first birth experience or a redemptive birth journey, we ensure you'll feel at the forefront of your birth. We take the fear and unknown out of birth, and we replace it with feelings of comfort, joy and love. Our top priority is that you always have someone you trust who you can go to for loving support on this sweet journey into motherhood.
Our journey together as your doulas can begin as early as the first trimester of your pregnancy. We love getting to know you at a deeper level over the course of your pregnancy and continually offering you a safe space to ask all of your pregnancy and birth questions. During our in-person prenatal meetings leading up to your labor, it's a special time for you and your partner to connect with us intimately. This allows us to meet you where you're at and support you to the fullest. Together, we'll discuss your fears and hesitations, envision your ideal birth environment, practice embodiment techniques, create your birth plan and preferences and more.
Birth is so much more than an event that takes place on one singular day. This treasured experience will forever imprint on you and your baby, and you'll carry it with you through so many of your motherhood chapters. Statistically, mamas who have a doula by their side throughout birth are 31% less likely to have a negative experience and 50% less likely to have a cesarean section. The care and support of your body doesn't stop after the third trimester is over and your baby is in your arms. In fact, the fourth trimester can be the time when care for you is most crucial. We give very specialized and personal care depending on your needs ranging from emotional support to breastfeeding guidance to household tasks like bottle cleaning. Our support during this intimate time varies from mama to mama and can even vary day-to-day as needs change. We offer daytime and overnight support options depending on your needs, and our care can begin as early as your first day postpartum. Our postpartum support is purchased as a bundle of hours, which is catered to the amount of hands-on support your family is needing.
We work hard to ensure you feel cared for, well-rested, comfortable and confident caring for your new baby. We keep your space clean and cozy, so you can focus your energy on bonding, rest and recovery. Your partner, too, can soak in this special time with you and your baby instead of focusing on cooking and the household chores; we’ve got those covered! While you bond and relax, we’re there to provide reassurance as any questions come up during this transitional time. When our work is done, our goal is to give you the tools and support you need to feel like the best mama version of yourself!

If you're a mama experiencing miscarriage or infant loss, we're so sorry. We hold you and your angel baby dearly in our hearts. We bring our experience as doulas and Kelsey's own experience of miscarriage to support women during this delicate time of healing and mourning. We believe that mamas with empty arms, too, are postpartum and deserve loving, intentional support. We will meet you where you are to support you, and hours of support will be purchased as a bundle.
