As your doulas, our mission is to walk beside you with presence, devotion and unwavering support. We're here to uplift, educate and fiercely empower you; equipping you with the tools, trust and knowledge to move through your birth with confidence, clarity and grace. Whether you're stepping into motherhood for the first time, seeking healing through a redemptive birth, planning an intimate home birth, or delivering in a hospital, you remain at the center of every decision, every moment, every breath.
We take the fear and uncertainty out of birth and replace it with something far more powerful--comfort, connection and deep trust in your own body. Above all, we want you to feel held, heard and completely supported by someone who truly knows you, throughout every layer of this sacred passage.
Our journey together can begin as early as your first trimester, and we love it when it does. We believe that the relationship between a mother and her doula is one of the most profound connections in the birthing space, and we pour ourselves into cultivating that bond from the very beginning. From the moment we connect, you have a steady presence and a safe space to ask questions, process emotions and prepare with intention.
During our in-home prenatal sessions, we'll get to know you and your partner deeply and intimately. These gatherings are sacred and spacious; unhurried, warm and designed to meet you exactly where you are. Together we'll move through your fears and hesitations, explore your desires and vision for birth, craft a birth plan that truly reflects you, practice hands-on comfort techniques and more.

Just because your baby is in your arms doesn't mean your journey is complete. In many ways, the fourth trimester is when care for you becomes most essential, but also most overlooked.
This is a time of profound transformation. Your body is healing, your identity is shifting and you are learning the most important role of your life, often on very little sleep. You deserve to feel held, nourished and deeply supported as you find your footing in this new world.
Our postpartum doula care is personalized and responsive. Every mother, every baby and every day brings something new. We show up as a steady, loving and experienced presence for whatever you need in the moment. Some days, that looks like emotional support and a listening ear. Some days it's hands-on breastfeeding guidance, newborn soothing techniques, or bottle prep. And some days it simply means having someone fold the laundry, wash the dishes and tidy your space so you can close your eyes without guilt.
We also believe that nourishment is one of the most powerful forms of postpartum healing. A warm, nutrient-dense meal made with care can restore your body, stabilize your mood and remind you that you are being taken care of, too. We love to cook for our families; whether that's preparing a nourishing meal during a daytime visit, stocking your fridge with foods that support milk production and recovery, or simply making sure you are actually eating while you care for your baby. Because a fed and nourished mama is a more present, more grounded and more resourced mama.
We offer both daytime and overnight support beginning as early as your first day home. Care is purchased in bundled hour packages, allowing it to be tailored completely to your family's unique rhythm, needs and level of support. Whether you need us once a week or every night, we build something that actually works for your life.
Our goal is beautiful and simple--we want you to feel truly cared for, deeply rested and completely confident in your ability to mother your baby. We help hold your home so your energy can flow toward what matters most: bonding, healing and soaking in those irreplaceable early moments. Your partner, too, can be fully present in the joy of this new chapter; connected and engaged rather than stretched thin by the weight of daily tasks. We've got those covered.

If you're a mama experiencing miscarriage or infant loss, we're so sorry. We hold you and your angel baby dearly in our hearts. We bring our experience as doulas and Kelsey's own experience of miscarriage to support women during this delicate time of healing and mourning. We believe that mamas with empty arms, too, are postpartum and deserve loving, intentional support. Support is available in bundled hours, designed to adapt around your needs and your healing, because we know that grief moves in waves. You do not have to do this alone.
